Hi, Im a 34 year old with ADHD. I just started taking the Concerta in place of my regular ritalin. I take 54mg a day instead of 2 doses of 30mg of the ritalin and It has been a major improvement. I dont experience the rush or crash I had with the ritalin, and the dose carries me all the way through the day. 6AM- at least 10PM. Its also a great thing to be able to take it once in the morning and forget about it. I will let you know if anything changes. Thanks
